While working at Noma, Relae, and a bunch of other nice restaurants I learned from the very best. But when I started my own Restaurant, Slurp Ramen Joint I realized that our industry needs to change.

We need to find ways to enable the next generation of chefs to step it up, embrace technology, not only build the best restaurants but turn restaurants into the best small businesses that have a great culture, where we dont work 24/7, that are diverse and where we craft food experiences at a human scale.  

I am on a journey to change our industry, stirr up some dust & I need all the help I can get.
